Hyatt: Reimagining the Digital Experience for Guests

When you stay at one of the Hyatt brand hotels, you expect a little more from your stay. We were tasked with reimagining how the Hyatt app could deliver different digital touch points to the consumer to drive engagement and loyalty. The result was a dozen meaningful ways to improve guest comfort, relaxation and safety.

Instead of showing the experiences on the device, we brought them to life in a way that didn’t get in the way of telling the story. My role was ideating the new customer experiences highlighted in the video (i.e. safety check, app preferences, Rent the Runway partnership), writing the script and producing the video.
